German police capture two men over plot to assault mall

German powers have captured two siblings on doubt of arranging an assault on one of the nation's greatest malls, in the western city of Oberhausen, as per police.

The two men, matured 28 and 31, are initially from Kosovo, they said. It was not clear if there was any association with the assault on Berlin's Breitscheidplatz on Monday night, in which a man drove a truck into a Christmas advertise, killing 12 individuals.
